What you can return, what is final sale, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
Pots, tools and gifts
Unused pots, tools and gifts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to inground.collective@gmail.com with your order number first, and we will send you the return address. Please send items back in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping and refunds
You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it was faulty. When the return arrives and we have checked it, we refund the item price to your original payment method through Square [confirm whether the original shipping fee is refunded].
Live plants and arrangements
Live plants and made-to-order arrangements are final sale. They cannot be resold after travelling.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged, including a live plant or an arrangement, email us photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you.
