The terms that apply when you buy from the In Ground Collective online shop.
Who you are buying from
The online shop is run by In Ground Collective ([legal entity name]) in Orange County, California. Questions about an order can go to inground.collective@gmail.com.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Square on its checkout page, where you see the full total, including shipping, before you pay. Your order is confirmed when Square accepts the payment and emails your receipt.
Stock
Our online stock is shared with our market table. If an item sells out before your payment goes through, or we find a problem with it before it ships, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat fee, shown before you pay. Orders leave our Orange County warehouse within 3 business days [confirm]. After we hand a parcel to the carrier, delivery time depends on the carrier.
