What we receive when you buy from us, what we use it for, and who handles your payment.
What we receive
When you place an order, Square shares your name, email address, shipping address and order details with us. We use them only to pack and ship your order and to answer questions about it.
Payments
You enter your card details on Square's checkout page, and Square processes the payment. We never see or store your card number. Square's privacy notice covers the information it handles.
What we do not do
There are no customer accounts on this site. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your language. There is no advertising tracking.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for shipping, returns, and tax and accounting [confirm retention period]. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, write to inground.collective@gmail.com.
